Anna M. Brady was born Anna Caldwell Moss on Mar. 7, 1901. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Ward Moss of Norfolk, Va. In 1925, Anna married Frank Brady, a founder of the Catholic Evidence Guild in Baltimore. Anna was received into the Catholic Church in 1928. With her husband she started the American branch of the Pro Deo Movement. After World War II, Anna Brady settled in Rome. In time, she earned the rank of Senior Vatican correspondent.
